During the project, the Cadmus Team maintained true professionalism and keeps in contact with you via e-mail, texts, and/or phone calls. Bailey’s response time is less than a day even if she is busy with other projects at other peoples' houses. Can't recommend her enough. She personally inspected my roof and gave a very thorough and detail report of the damages sustained by mother nature (hail for me). If you worry about contacting insurance, well you can stop worrying for there. Bailey would sit with you and talk to your insurance for you; she basically did all the work where I just had to sign paperwork to receive and send funds and give permission for her to do the work.
CADMUS DID ALL THE HARD WORK WITH INSURANCE!!!
Bailey would patiently sit with me and explain to me all the documentations and help me pick out colors of the shingles; and she would answer any questions in between. During the roofing fixation, Bailey was personally there and kept me up to date of what is going on and sent me pictures while I was at work. The finishing of the roof was beyond what I imagined and HIGHLY recommend any and all of people I know to her. She and her crew finished installing my new roof even before I got home. Even after the roof is completed, Bailey still personally contacts you and check up on our satisfaction.
A HUGE mistake if you choose someone else other than her in my HONEST opinion.
